Thank you for shopping with Loly! We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently. Please review our shipping terms below.
  1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp. You will receive a notification as soon as your order ships. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer — if this happens, we will notify you immediately.
  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Egypt.
    • Free Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners. While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays (such as weather or peak seasons) may occasionally occur and are outside our control.
  3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation message or email with your tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction matters to us. Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), we highly recommend inspecting your silver items upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order details so we can resolve it promptly.
  5. Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We can update your address only if the order has not yet shipped. Once a package leaves our facility, the delivery address cannot be changed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.
